Coffee Ring
Ingredients
110 g margarine
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 pint sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
6 tsp margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat together first three ingredients, into a bowl with an electric mixer. Add the eggs and beat. Add the sour cream and beat again.2
Add the flour mixed with baking soda and baking powder until blended. Preheat the oven at 350°F.3
In another bowl mix the margarine with brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts.4
Spread 1/2 cake batter in 10” tube pan (well grased). Dot with half crumb mixture. Spread remaining cake batter and cover with ramaining 1/2 crumb mixture. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Enjoy!Copyright ©2004–2020 vulpeabucatar.com
