1 lb ground meat, combination pork with beef
1 pkg lasagna sheets
500 ml tomato sauce
500 ml milk
500 g mozzarela
5 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves
250 ml chicken soup
salt, pepper, rosemary, nutmeg
3 Tablespoons white wine
1You can put pork ground meat, beef, or combination. Cook the meat aproximatly 7 minutes at T6 in 2-3 tablespoons of oil, and add salt and pepper. Add crushed garlic and soup. Let 10-15 more minute to simering until soup is evaporated.
2Add tomato sauce and wine.
3Make Bechamel sauce: butter, milk, flour, a pinch rosemary and a pinch nutmeg. Mix the flour with couple spoons of milk to avoid the lumps, then add the rest of the milk, butter, and condiments. If you have electric cooking machine use T6. Stir continuosly 5 more minute after it start boiling. Set aside. Divide in 3 equal parts.
4Shred the mozzarela and make 3 equal piles.
5Use a 9” × 13” tray. Grase it with oil or butter. Put first layer of lasagna sheets, meat sauce, white sauce, cheese, lasagna sheets, meat sauce, white sauce, cheese, sheets, white sauce, cheese. Fill with soup or water until is almost cover with soup. Put the tray in the oven at 350 °F for 45 minute or so. Verify if the fork goes easily in the layers.
