Guacamole

Ingredients

1 avocado
2 teaspoons de lime juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro
salt
tortilla chips for serving

Preparation

1. Cut avocado in half, remove pit with a knife blade, scoop flesh into a small bowl. Add the lime juice, chopped cilantro, ground cumin and mash with fork.
2. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
