Cobb Salad
Ingredients
1 small letuce
1 cooked steak or a cooked chicken breast
1 boiled egg
1 big, fresh mushroom
1/2 tomato
100 g blue cheese or feta cheese
1-2 spring onions
half an avocado (optional)
Preparation

Wash the vegetables. Cut the letuce in 1 inch strips. Slice the spring onion, boiled egg, mushroom, steak, tomato and avocado.2
