Berliner Beef Salad

Ingredients

500 g beef
2 eggs, boiled
1 small onion
1-2 pickles
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
salt, pepper

Preparation

1. Boil the meat until becames tender. Dice the meat and the boiled eggs.
2. Dice the pickles and squeeze the brine as well as you can. Slice the onion thinnly. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together with the mayonaisse and ketchup. Before serving, leave it cool in the fridge for few hours.
3. You can decorated with pickles, green onion or let your imagination guide you.
