Use a 9” tart tin.
225 g all purpose flour
150 g unsalted butter
75 g sugar or brown sugar
1 egg white
vanilla pudding for 750 ml milk
550 ml milk
300 g strawberries
100 g pineapple
gelatin for 100 ml water
1Blend the butter with sugar, add the flour and mix well, add the egg white and mix again. Wrap the dough and put it în the fridge for half an hour.
2Grease the tart tin. Roll out the dough, arrange itto the tin and put it back in the fridge for another half an hour.
3Preheat the oven at 180°C. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until golden brown. Check it after 20 minutes.
4Make the pudding. Instead of adding 750 ml add only 550 ml of milk. Follow the instructions on the box.
5Pour the warm pudding into the crust. Let it cool down. If you can, let it stay in the fridge overnight.
6Slice the fruit (you can use any fruit you want) and arrange it as you wish. Brush it with gelatin dissolved in water.
