Fruit Tart II

Ingredients

Use a 10-12” tart tin.

Tart Crust:

125 g all purpose flour
110 g unsalted butter
100 g sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2-6 TBL milk
a pinch of salt

Filling

vanilla pudding for 1 l milk
650 ml milk
2 strawberries
one can pineapple
2 kiwi
gelatin for 125 ml water

Preparation

Tart dough:

Baked shell

Mix all ingredients.
Pour the pudding and arrange the pineapple

Grease the tart tin and coat with flower.
Add the kiwi

Add the gelatin

Filling:

Make the pudding. Instead of adding 750 ml add only 550 ml of milk. Follow the instructions on the box.

Pour the warm pudding into the crust. Let it cool down. If you can, let it stay in the fridge overnight.
