Cookies with golden raisins
250 g butter
250 g flour
250 g sugar
250 g golden raisins
1Clean the raising, remove the TAILS and put them in a cup with 3-5 tablespoons of rum. If you don’t like rum replace with some vanilla essence.
2Mix the butter with sugar with an electric mixer for few minutes until you obtain a paste. Add eggs and flour and blend well. Add the raisins with rum and mix them in buter.
3Use a non stick cookie sheet, and put them with 3 cm. distance between. Bake at 325°F for 10-15 minutes.
