Crackers with anchovies and olives
1 cup flour
1 cup shredded cedar cheese
1/2 cup margerine
4 oz pitted olives
2 oz canned anchovies
1If you have a food processor, add all ingredients and mix until the dough is formed. If you don’t have a food processor, chop the anchovies and the olives very finely. Knead all the ingredients by hand until the dough is formed. Wrap in cling film and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.
2Preheat the oven at 375°F (180°C). Roll the dough on a heavily floured table. Cut into triangles, squares or whatever shape you prefer. Bake them on a tray or cookie sheet for approximately 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden-brown.
They are very salty and the crackers go wonderfully with beer!
