Smoked Fish Salad

Ingredients

650 g potatoes (about 3 medium size ones)
one 200 g can of sweetcorn
2 pickles
200 g smoked fish
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
pepper

Preparation

Boil the potatoes until done or bake them in the microwave. Dice them into 1 cm cubes.

Drain the corn. Dice the pickles and squeeze them well. Skin and bone the smoked fish and dice it in small pieces.

Use a bowl big enough for all the ingredients. Add all the ingredients and stir to combine. If you wish you can add more mayonaisse. For best results let the salad rest overnight, in the fridge.
