1 small letuce
1 cooked steak or a cooked chicken breast
1 boiled egg
1 big, fresh mushroom
100 g blue cheese or feta cheese
1-2 spring onions
half an avocado (optional)
1Wash the vegetables. Cut the letuce in 1 inch strips. Slice the spring onion, boiled egg, mushroom, steak, tomato and avocado.
2Use a bowl, big enough to make the salad. Place the shredded letuce at the bottom. Make layers from the rest of ingredients. Put the avocado and spring onions on top. You can add dressing if you like.
